Purpose: To analyze data on 3 MyCloud NASs for move to new UnRaid server

Requirements of this app:
Build in Powershell
Dialog box to ask which directory to analyze
Return every file Name, Location, Size
Export to log.csv
Timestamp and rename the log file
Open the folder once operation completed
